Indicators Not at All Making Progress But Long Way To Go Have Some of This Sometimes Yes In Place Now Not Only in Place But We Are Excelling
1. The state has developed goals for its SIDES program (UIPL 19-16) and communicates progress to staff and partners.
2. SIDES staff regularly reviews the SIDES Usage Report to review key metrics, identify areas of improvement and share findings with upper management.
3. The state gathers employer and staff feedback on the use of the SIDES tool and uses the data for program improvements.
4. SIDES is a regular agenda item when integrity and improper payments are being discussed in key management or staff meetings.
5. The state actively monitors the timeliness of SIDES responses in accordance with state laws.
